Perigord Property will send out information relating to the property (we keep our own detailed files for every property on our site), organise appointments, help and advice with property related questions and will assist during the buying process.

Viewings will be organised by us and you will be accompanied with one of our English speaking colleagues from our partner agencies or in some instances with Jon Boella.

The information relating to the advertised property is to the best of our knowledge correct but we would advise all our clients to verify all important dimensions and information during a visit to the property.

The property prices quoted by Perigord Property include ALL agency fees unless otherwise stated.  Notary fees however are not included.

Perigord Property will guide and advise you through the buying process, however, legal matters must be referred to a legal expert such as a notaire or a solicitor specialising in French property sales.

Perigord Property will not at any time ask for, or receive any monies from either buyer or the seller. All property transactions will be organised and carried out by our registered and insured partner agents and a French notaire.

There are no additional or hidden costs for using our services. Our fees are covered and paid for by our partners and are contained within their normal agency fees. We can supply details of these on request.
